The Service
Cassette lets you import and play audio and video files you already own on your device. It does not provide streaming, downloads from the internet, or access to third-party content libraries.
Your Content
You are responsible for the files you import and for having the rights to play and share them. Cassette does not claim ownership of your media.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Cassette to infringe copyrights, violate local laws, or attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse advertising / consent systems.
Disclaimer
Cassette is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Playback depends on file formats and device capabilities. We are not liable for lost files, interrupted playback, or damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
